- Standard shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days
- Express shipping options are available for faster delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday

SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50
- Express shipping rates available at checkout
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE
We take special care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive healthy and undamaged. If you experience any shipping-related damage, contact us at contact@floravines.com within 14 days of delivery and provide photo proof of the damage.
